Building Construction

In the latest decade, it has finished hundreds of projects with international or domestic fame, such as the headquarter of China Construction Bank, the library and archives of Chinese Academy of Sciences, science complex of Peking University, Scientific and Technical Building of Peking University, Financial Center of Zhongguancun, Integrated Service Building of Beijing Communications Company, the Integrated Office Building for 7 central ministries and commissions, Beijing Wanda Plaza, Beijing Jade Palace Hotel, Zhuhai Grand Bay View Hotel, Chengdu Overseas Exchange Center, Nanjing Sports for All Center, Xiamen West Railway Station, Indian Embassy Office Building, etc. At present, many benchmark buildings for many cities in China are under construction by CRCG, including Guangxi Liuzhou International Plaza (318m high), Shijiazhuang Letai Center (180m), Shenzhen Baoneng Plaza (380m high), etc. The cost-saving technologies and high quality have been highly appraised by both local governmental sectors and residents.
Infrastructure Construction
The Infrastructure Division of CRCG is mainly responsible for large-scale railway station construction and infrastructure construction nationwide (including municipal construction, foundation and base construction, earthwork construction) with annual production scale of more than CYN 3 billion yuan.
In recent years, The Infrastructure Division of CRCG has constructed 70 railway stations involving more than 20 railway lines, which including 11 stations above deputy provincial level, 3 subway projects, 3 municipal gallery works, 13 urban road projects and two bridge projects. Participating constructions of Harbin West Railway Station–the largest integrated passenger transport hub in the alpine region of China, the first suspension bridge in North China–Yunmeng Bridge, Chengdu Yizhou thoroughfare-utility tunnel with the highest intelligence level in china, Lian-shi lake park–the largest eco-lake in west of Yong Ding River and other numerous well-known projects in China
M&E Equipment Installation
China Railway Construction Group has the first-class qualified General-Contractor for M&E equipment installation projects, first-class Specialty Contractor for M&E equipment installation projects, and first-class for intelligent design and construction projects.
The Group has also established a specialty subsidiary, CRCG-Equipment Installation Company (CRCG-EIC), which is one of the largest M&E general contacting service providers and holds an executive director position in China Installation Association.
The core business in M&E equipment installation projects includes ventilation, electrification, plumbing, heating, boiler, firefighting, steel structure, automation control and metal processing of all kinds of constructions like hotel, office building, service flat, large-scale shopping mall, hospital, industrial plant, theater and terminal.
TARDE AND CIRCULATION OF MATERRIALS
Beijing Zhongtie Construct Materials Ltd (BZCM), a solely owned subsidiary of China Railway Construction Group, is a professional operator specialized in centralized purchasing and supplying of engineering materials integrated with purchasing, supplying, trading, logistics, processing, distribution, bidding agency and financing. BZCM mainly engages in purchasing and supplying engineering materials in industrial and civil buildings, public infrastructure construction and commercial facilities construction. For the past 20 years, CRCG Materials has developed from the annual revenue of CYN 10 million (about USD 1.65 million) to the current CYN 7 billion (about USD 1.2 billion). There have been over 1000 projects and nearly 100 million SQM floor area enjoying service from CRCG Materials, among which 10 projects won Luban Award. Not only satisfying the demand from the Group, CRCG Materials is also cooperating with other clients on supply of construction materials. As early as in 2010, CRCG Materials acquired the qualification for import & export of various construction machines and materials. Since then, CRCG Materials has ever supplied various construction materials to Papua New Guinea, Saudi Arabia, India, etc.
At present, CRCG Materials has established a materials purchase platform and distribution network covering more than 50 Chinese cities and some overseas regions. In order to improve the service quality and efficiency, CRCG Materials has always been attaching high importance on e-business and developed software of “Gaoda Steel Logistics Business Platform”. It has also launched Group-SMS Quotation System and e-Bank business. Now, CRCG Materials is providing the client with “One-Stop All-Weather Service” integrated with business, storage and distribution.
Real Estate Development
As a subsidiary of CRCG, China Railway Construction Group Real Estate Co., Ltd was established in March 2010 and can operate various real estate development by means of cooperation, mergers and acquisitions, wholly-owned development successively. The scope of business presently focus on development and construction of residential and commercial office buildings. The developed area has spread to Beijing, Xi’an, Henan and other provinces with land reserve area of 1100 acres and planning construction area of more than 2 million square meters.

Architectural Engineering Design
As the professional subsidiary of CRCG, the Design Institute of CRCG is qualified with A-Class Construction Design Qualification. It is experienced and specialized in planning design, construction design, landscape design, DB projects, project management, real estate planning and technological consultancy. Since its establishment in 2010, the Design Institute has participated in more than one hundred of project planning and construction design, covering city complex, office building,commercial building, hotel, residence and villa in more than 20 provinces.
