China Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd. (CRCG), as a super-grade general contractor of housing engineering construction, was incorporated on August 1, 1979, with the registered capital CNY 1.3 billion. Now, it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Railway Construction Corporation limited.(CRCC), which is one of the world’s most powerful and largest integrated construction group, ranking the 79th among the Fortune Global 500, and the 8th among China’s Top 500 Enterprises, and the 1st among ENR’s Top 250 Global Contractors in 2015.
Dominated with construction, real estate and logistics trade, the business scope of CRCG includes building construction, fitting and decoration, mechanical and electrical equipment installation, earthwork project, concrete production and transportation, mechanized hoisting and transportation, elevator installation and refitting, supply and marketing of building materials, lease and processing of moulds and frames, lease and maintenance of construction machine and vehicles, development of real estate and property operation and management etc.
The Group has acquired a series of honors and awards including National Quality Management Award, National Award on Enterprises with Excellent Performance and Advanced Pattern, National Award on Customer-Satisfied Enterprises, National Award on Excellent Construction Enterprise, National Award on Advanced Enterprise Oriented on Quality and Cost-Effectiveness, National May 1st Labor Diploma, and Award on Advanced Collectivity of Central Enterprises etc. As one of the first enterprises that honor contracts and stand by reputation commended by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce(SAIC) and one of the Top 100 enterprises in Beijing, the Group took the lead to pass ISO9000 International Quality Management System Standard, the domestic qualification of ISO14000 Environmental Management System Standard.
CRCG has nearly 10000 employees, among which are over 900 registered specialties, 3 International Outstanding Project Managers, 65 National Excellent Project Managers. CRCG sets up 30 construction general contracting branches and has more than 400 projects covering 100 cities in China and many foreign countries with more than 50 million square meters annual construction area.
The Group adheres to the operational guideline of “Orientation on Quality, Credibility as the Advantage, Service for Customers, and Benefits on Society”, takes the quality management as the key, focuses on project management, ensures quality with the quality system, and implements Quality strategy. In recent years, it has finished hundreds of projects with international or domestic fame including the ultrahigh projects, high-speed railway stations, commerce and office complex buildings, large residence projects and so on. Since 1999, the enterprise has owned 19 “Luban Awards”, 17 “National Awards on Excellent Enterprises”, 5 “Zhan Tianyou Awards”, 29 “Gold Awards on Steel Structure”, and there are 895 projects of the Group owning different awards on excellent projects, among which there are nearly 478 projects receiving above-provincial level awards on quality projects.
